Hopefully Ill have time to add some new games to the site next week; for now, check ms redesigned store! They just updated their site with a great new look. They also now sell full movie downloads and offer many popular gaming-related documentaries. Wow, a lot has changed in my life since the last time I updated this website! Entered and left grad school, got married, bought our first home … but one thing hasnt changed: This website! 🙂 Ive always hoped that I would find the time to redo the whole website (and in fact made a few attempts over the years to do just that) but given that the entire archive is hard-coded HTML it would be a monumental undertaking. Someday when I get rich? But you can be sure that the current site isnt going anywhere. Merry Christmas and/or happy holidays everyone!
Yesterday I uploaded this years Christmas logo and continued the thirteen year long tradition! (See old logos in thelogos archive.) You can also view aDouble-sized DOSGames.com Christmas 2013 logoso that the pixel art is a bit easier to see. 🙂 The characters in the logo are of course from the Commander Keen games. You can download the free episodes from DOSGames.com, and also check out theCommander Keen History at 3D Realmsfor tons of great info on the series. Oh, also, Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Dont forget thereason for the season. Click to watch Lee Strobel, Yale Law School grad and former legal editor of The Chicago Tribune give a great talk calledThe Case For Christmason the enduring relevance of what occurred nearly 2,000 years ago.
